Max developed a passion for composites in the later years of his Mechanical Engineering degree at McGill University in Canada. His passion for sporting goods design led him to a Master’s degree in Composites and ultimately took him to California where he was recruited by True Temper Sports as an R&D engineer. The company later sent him on a two-year assignment at their Chinese plant where he oversaw the production of thousands of golf shafts and hockey sticks every day. Returning from overseas Max decided to apply what he knew to multiple industries by becoming Technical Sales Manager at Mitsubishi Rayon. Apparently working his way up the supply chain Max then took a Sales Manager position at Hexcel where he supported multiple aerospace, defense, and recreational accounts with their carbon fiber needs. Joining Aerodine in 2021 as the VP of Sales and Business Development, Max returns to his roots and passion for composite applications and parts manufacturing – forever seeking faster, lighter, and stronger!
